In 2018, our former Worship Leader Jeff Price along with a couple other members of our church had a vision to implement a Scholarship Program. It didn't take long for this vision to become an action. By early 2019, our churches original Scholarship Committee was formed and our now Associate Pastor, Darren Custer was appointed chairman of the committee. January of 2020 our first application form hit the church website and went out to area schools. In the spring of 2020 we awarded our first ever Scholarship Award. God has blessed this program each year since with not only the funding, but the most wonderful applicants. We have been blessed to continue to award a scholarship for each school year since it's first recipient in 2020.

This page is to recognize those winners as well as future winners to come as well as a place for anyone who may be interested in applying to find our application. We do our very best to have the application up and available by the end of January of the upcoming school year the applicant would be applying for.

We pray the Lord continues to bless our Scholarship program and as we read in the scriptures in the book of Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope". 

 

As of June 1st 2024, Our Former Associate Pastor and Scholarship Committee Chair, Darren Custer has accepted a Pastoral Position at another Church. Our church secretary will be filling in for the time being until we restructure the Scholarship Committee.
