Julie has returned from a mission trip to Peru where she ministered with missionaries that Lyerly Church supports. The group went up the mountain to visit homes, have prayers, and work with children. Julie says everyone should spend some time in another country to appreciate what Americans take for granted...Things like toilet seats, transportation, possessions, kids' toys, food quantities, and soft church pews. She said that the people had such few possessions, but they were happy. The group took school supplies which excited the kids.

Julie gives a heartfelt "thank you" to the people who supported her mission trip financially and prayerfully!
